Customer is one of the largest bank headquartered in Virginia. As a result of conversations surrounding cloud, it became clear to our team that they didn’t have a clear IT strategy.
Achieve One was to complete a deep dive into the customer’s IT department to produce a technical and executive level report that included a plan for the modernization of their data center and the integration of a cloud strategy. Overall, the strategy will help the customer drive more revenue by giving their developers and data analytics team a more agile experience while leveraging cloud. This strategy will also expedite the value of mergers & acquisitions.
WHY ACHIEVE ONE
Achieve One would both assess the customers strategy as well as aid the customer in navigating the results of the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) assessments. The customer valued the guidance Achieve One could provide to keep on track with the overarching cloud strategy. Because projects done in the past, the customer trusted Achieve One’s expertise and knew they would be supported in decisions around business objectives, investments, and staff changes.
The customer has chosen specific elements of the CAF, A best practices approach was outlined to identify and model individual workloads, and subsequently identify paths to migrate appropriate content to public and private cloud platforms providing a road map with estimated external costs for individual ares of execution.
